Understand the scope of these Terms, who they apply to, and how they govern your use of the Staik workspace.These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of Staik, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the platform.
By accessing or using Staik, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the services.
Eligibility & Accounts
Staik is designed for professionals who can form legally binding agreements and who keep their account credentials secure.You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use Staik. When you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep it current.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Acceptable Use
Staik is for collaborative, lawful work. We do not allow abuse, malware, or activities that disrupt the experience for others.You may only use Staik for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not upload or transmit viruses, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the platform in a way that interferes with others.
Staik reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
Intellectual Property
Staik protects your content while maintaining the rights necessary to power and improve the product experience.Staik and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the platform and its content, including all intellectual property rights.
You retain ownership of the content you submit or upload to Staik, but grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content as necessary to operate the service.
Subscriptions & Billing
We bill transparently based on your selected plan and provide advance notice before any pricing change takes effect.Some features of Staik are offered on a paid subscription basis. By selecting a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees using your selected payment method.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing by providing notice in advance of your next billing cycle.
Termination
We may disable access for Terms violations or compliance reasons, and certain obligations continue even after access ends.We may suspend or terminate your access to Staik at any time if you violate these Terms or if necessary to comply with legal obligations.
You may discontinue using Staik at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Limitation of Liability
Staik operates on an “as is” basis and limits liability to the fullest extent permitted to keep pricing sustainable.Staik is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Staik disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
In no event will Staik or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
